Advanced Screening & Referral Access
While these advanced tests and specialty services are not included in the membership fee, your membership gives you direct physician guidance, personalized recommendations, and referral access to additional screening and diagnostic options when clinically appropriate.
These may include:
- Galleri® multi-cancer early detection testing
- Low-dose CT chest screening for lung cancer in appropriate high-risk patients
- Coronary CT angiography (CCTA) for a more detailed evaluation of the coronary arteries when blockage is a concern
- Vibrant America micronutrient testing for a deeper assessment of vitamin, mineral, and nutrient status
Important note: Costs for specialty imaging, advanced laboratory testing, and referral-based services are separate from the membership and will be reviewed in advance.
A coronary artery calcium score is used to evaluate calcified plaque and coronary artery disease risk, while lung cancer screening is typically described as a low-dose CT chest for appropriate high-risk patients. Galleri is a multi-cancer early detection blood test, but it does not detect every cancer and false positive/false negative results can occur. (Galleri® Test)

This signature care fee covers enhanced access, comprehensive evaluation, preventive planning, and personalized physician-guided care.
It does not replace insurance and does not cover hospitalizations, specialist fees, medications, or outside specialty testing not included in the membership.
CWFM currently accepts most major insurance plans including Medicare and Medicare Advantage, and cash pay is also welcome, so this page should make clear that the membership is an added concierge layer rather than a replacement for all outside care. (Conroe Willis Family Medicine)

Does this membership replace my insurance?
No. This membership is designed to enhance your access, physician time, and preventive care experience. It does not replace insurance coverage for hospital care, specialist visits, or outside services.
Are medications included in the membership?
No. Prescription medications, including semaglutide or tirzepatide when appropriate, are separate from the membership fee.
Are advanced specialty tests included?
No. Advanced screening and specialty referral services are not included in the membership fee, but members may receive physician-guided access and referral coordination when appropriate.
Can I still use my insurance?
